Our Policies

  • In order to book a color/ extension service, a valid credit card is required to be put on file for our cancellation policy.

    Cancellation Policy: We kindly request that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of your appointment, a charge equivalent to 50% of the service will be applied, and within 24hrs, a charge equivalent to 100% of the service amount will be applied.

  • We know life can be crazy and unexpected things can happen, but out of respect for other clients and our stylists' time, we have a 15 minute late policy. If a client is 15 minutes late or more, upon talking with your stylist, you may be asked to shorten your service time or reschedule your appointment to another time. In the case you need to reschedule or a no-call/no show, there will be a charge of 100% of the missed service, which will be charged to the credit card on file.

  • At Evolve, we make it our mission to ensure that our stylists perform and give each client their absolute best at your appointment! However, in the event of a miscommunication and/or you are not satisfied with your appointment results, do not hesitate to reach out to us and we will get you back in as soon as possible to fix/modify your hair to your liking! Appointment modifications are done and free of charge if you reach out to us in 3 days from the original appointment date. Anything past that can qualify as another appointment and can be charged. Call us or dm your stylist, whichever is preferable.

  • In the case of a product being faulty, and/or you are dissatisfied with your purchase, feel free to reach out to us and we can help! We can exchange the product or give store credit. Returns/exchanges are only valid 7 days after purchase.
